Chesterfield Inlet, Nanavut - September 2003

Believe it or not we are within 0.25 miles from shore. The lay of the land on the West side of Hudson Bay is the same as on the prairies. Flat. Being so far north though, there is very little vegetation. Posted by Hello

Hamilton Inlet, Labrador - August 2004

This was taken in Hamilton Inlet, Labrador below Rigolet, Labrador. This was a very exciting day this day. Later this day, I swear, the whales were so excited about something, that they were literally jumping right out of the water - tail complete - in front of the village of Rigolet. Of course you can't get a photo of that, because, as you know, whales can smell the glass in a camera lens, and they always jump behind you. It doesn't matter where your looking. Posted by Hello
