Hamilton Inlet, Labrador - August 2004

This was taken in Hamilton Inlet, Labrador below Rigolet, Labrador. This was a very exciting day this day. Later this day, I swear, the whales were so excited about something, that they were literally jumping right out of the water - tail complete - in front of the village of Rigolet. Of course you can't get a photo of that, because, as you know, whales can smell the glass in a camera lens, and they always jump behind you. It doesn't matter where your looking.
